Recorded in Dillsboro, NC on December 7th of the 14th Annual Lights & Luminaries Festival. The tradition of lighting the luminaries follows a Scaninavian custom of lighting the way for the Christ Child during the Christmas Season. Performances included by the Franklin High School Jazz Ensemble, and the Victory Baptist Church Choir. The Festival takes place every year the first two weekends on FRiday and Saturday nights.
