Rare! Norfolk Southern Dash 9s lead Amtrak P029 Capitol Limited!
This is something you don't see everyday and it's the first for me. I waited about 20 minutes for the Capitol Limited to go by. When i heard the horn, i thought it was an ordinary freight train, but it defenitely suprised me that it wasn't. Leading is NS #9694 GEVO C40-9W (D9-40CW) along with NS #9010 GEVO C40-9W (D9-40CW), Amtrak Genesis p42dcs #48 and #122 and 9 cars. Also, in the video was a WMATA Washington Metrorail Red Line Train. Filmed at Silver Spring,MD on July 17,2009 at 4:23pm EDT....
