The family and I take the new travel trailer on it's first family oriented maiden camping voyage to Port Huron, Michigan's KOA Campground. The trailer's first trip was with me and my college fraternity brothers to Coolwater Campground the prior month of June 2006. The kids like the KOA in Port Huron, because it had many activities, on site and next door (amusement park with all kinds of rides). I thought the KOA was too commericial, but the family like it. I am sure we will visit it time and time again. The campground roads were all paved and each campsite had concrete pads for the picnic tables. Plenty of space between each campsite.
