Mark, Ad & I got hit hard by this nasty flu bug and had a bit of a rough night between health and technical issues. But we pulled it together and gave everything we had!! |

This guy is not only an INCREDIBLE musician (the boys at the Gate studio show the video recordings of him playing on "The Divine Conspiracy" to everyone who comes to record with us, saying "You've gotta see what this guy does; he's a machine!" :-), but he's one of the sweetest guys you'd ever want to meet. Yay Arien! |

Day 19 was our only off day that wasn't a travel day for the whole tour. I thought I'd get to spend an awesome day in San Diego, but I wound up sleeping almost all day in a hotel room trying to recuperate from this nasty flu that everyone's been getting. I did gather up my strength and brave the bowling lanes, but that probably wasn't a smart move. You'll see why on day 20... |
 | Day 10 Amanda Somerville N. A. Tour w/ Epica Follow Amanda's World Tour 2008 starting with Epica throughout the USA and Canada. Day 10 is in Cleveland. Met some very cool people! Our set was cut short and there was no room on the stage for me to spaz out (I think I tripped over the kick-drum mic stand about 6 times ;-), but we still gave it our all. And then I let loose with some Blondie at Becky's after the show. Fun, fun!! |

The area was a little scary (reminded me of my hometown, Flint!), but whatever was lacking in lustre, the people made up for it with pure enthusiasm! This was the one show we headlined for this tour. |
