American Vagabonds at Skyline Diesel Repair. These guys are able to fix anything! Located at exit 203 on I-70 about 35 miles west of St. Louis. Mark has been able to correctly troubleshoot every problem I have ever had with this old Detroit Diesel. He is also able to give a reasonable idea of cost before he starts a job. I have their phone number on auto dial because: When my air compressor quit working in "07 I called to ask what it would cost to get it towed home, Instead of towing me ( which I'm sure would cost a fortune anywhere) Mark told me how to safely get it home. When I thought I needed a new clutch Mark actually came to my house and adjusted it (in the rain) so I could drive out to the shop. Twice, I could have been hit with towing bills and twice Mark did the right thing and won over a life time customer. Thats just two examples of the honesty and integrity they display everyday. And in case your wondering this is not a paid endorsement this is just truth, from one Vagabond to another.
