First time out on the water this year. Taking it easy. I got a concussion last time when water came over the edge ending up with me slamming down. This is around my 6th time out on the water, still haven't really figured out how to get air. Any tips?

I was out golfing with some buddies at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course. We were on the Floating Green and I pulled out my phone, figured I'd play around with the video feature. Anyways, I got more than I bargained for.
