 | Amsterdam Church Bells: Zuiderkerk (1) Last Saturday I was passing the "Zuiderkerk", a former church, when the bells started ringing. What could have been the reason for this ringing? It resembles the church ringing before the start of a religious service that I have heard in other places, but this church hasn't been used for that purpose since 1929.
