Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park

Title:
Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park

Description:
A silent film in sepia tone featuring Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site comprised of Waterton Lake Nat'l Park in Alberta and Glacier Nat'l Park in Montana. We visit the Prince of Wales Hotel, Lake McDonald Lodge, and Many Glacier Hotel, crossing the border aboard the International, crossing the continental divide along the Going-to-the-Sun Highway, and the mountains and wildlife of the "Crown of the Continent." This is a major remake of my previous Waterton-Glacier film, with a lot of actual footage of the American side. It commemorates our first camping trip through Glacier in August of 2008.
