Cruise Part V
Family Cruise; 10/2007. This is the last full day of our cruise before we headed back home. Since our room at the Double Tree Hotel on Times Square was not ready, we taxied to the Empire State Building. It was a rainy, foggy day and the view wasn't so good. But it was a nice way to spend the afternoon. We walked back to our hotel. The room offered an excellent view of Times Square. We made one last stop at the Toys R Us before we called it a night.
New York - Central Park
We recently spent six days in New York. This is Sunday, Day Four, a perfect day for a visit to Central Park. We walked up from our hotel, the Doubletree, to meet and visit with Shirley's cousin Lew and his wife Rickie. There are lots of pictures of the horse-drawn carriages, the old carousel, people enjoying the park. There are five other videos to accompany this one.
