To Enter: Submit a clear video with audio on any moving picture format, video tape or DVD containing the following: - Two different looks (two piece bathing suit preferred for at least one look). - Video responses to these four questions: 1) What is your talent? 2) Why are you one of the World's Most Talented Tens? 3) What do you do for hobby/career? & 4) Where are you from? Media 10736 Jefferson Blvd Suite 455 Culver City, CA 90230 These submission materials will not be returned. BlackTree Enterprises reserves the right to accept or reject these submissions. BlackTree Enterprises also reserves the right to retain all submitted audio & visual recordings. 2. Eligibility: In order to be considered your entry must have the above requirements and you must be at least 18 years of age. Acceptance of the videos is based on the decision of the Talented Tens Panel. You will be contacted by the panel as to the decision, using the contact information submitted. Employees of BlackTree Enterprises or any of their directors or any other party involved in the development, administration, production, operation or judging of this contest, their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and each of their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible. 3. PRIZES: Each month for a consecutive ten months one winner per month will be awarded $1,000.00 if their submission is posted and receives the minimum number of 1,000,000 internet hits via selection through the http://www.Blacktree.tv or the http://www.youtube.com/blacktreemedia sites accumulated within the thirty calendar days following the day of posting. If the minimum number of hits does not meet the required minimum for any contestant then the posted submission which receives the most internet hits via selection through the Blacktree.TV or http://www.youtube.com/blacktreemedia sites in the thirty calendar days following the day of posting will win for that period and win the relative percentage of the prize money based on the percentage of the minimum number of required hits. The 10 winners of the ten month contest (The Finalists) will compete for the $25,000 Grand Prize. Grand Prize: The Finalists will each receive a three (3) day two (2) night trip for the finals show taping consisting of (a) round trip main cabin airline transportation for two persons to Los Angeles, California from the airport nearest the Finalist's permanent residence at the time of entry or ground transportation if the Finalist lives within a 200 mile radius of Los Angeles (b) One double occupancy room in Los Angeles and round trip ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified are the responsibility of the Finalists. Airport, airline , ground transportation, and hotel are to be selected by Blacktree Enterprises at its sole discretion. The Finalist and guest must travel together and both will be required to sign a Release of Liability/Publicity Form prior to the award of the prize to travel or they will not be allowed to travel. All travelers must posses required travel documents (e.g. valid photo identification) prior to departure. If the guest is a minor, the finalist must be his.her parent or legal guardian. The Finalists will then compete head to head in a finals show taping to be web posted and decided upon using only the internet hits generated once the show is posted. The Finalist who receives the most hits accumulated over the following 45 calendar days will be declared the World's Most Talented Ten and receive the $25,000 cash grand prize. All prize winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Acceptance/Publicity Release Form, which must be returned within fifteen (15) business days after notification is sent or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the second place contestant All taxes including federal, state and local are the sole responsibility of all winners.
