This one is a tricky one, so it's not a good first or second build IMO. We recommend phosphor bronze for the piston, and SS seems to be great for the valve. There are simpler ones that don't have the 20 degree angle on the body, and don't have the one piece crank/cam with a 43 degree offset on them. But, we can both be proud of this one. It runs at about 2600 rpm's. It is somewhat fussy, and needs a little lovin' between runs. Things can come ... |
