In many respects, this bill will use the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authoritys (LVCVA) model for Las Vegas by creating a Corporation for Travel Promotion to market the United States around the globe as a tourist destination. Reid is confident that, by increasing overall travel to the United States, this legislation will also increase the number of visitors to Nevada.
