Tulsa Zoo in February
Description:
Like I said in my other video, I love to go to the zoo :) This video happened in February, and I'm going to the zoo tomorrow (Easter) so maybe I'll get more footage. Anyways, enjoy! :) Polar Bear: Same Polar Bear. Our Polar Bear is still in Denver being a mommy :) Fox: I can't remember if this is the arctic fox or not, but he was waiting for food and started slapping at my mom's hand...too cute :) Bison: We don't know what was up with that one bison. Mom and I think it was a mating call :D That sound is from the monkeys nearby. Snake: The snakes usually don't move around so it was rare for me to get one so active :D Raven: This is Marvin (actual name) I only put this short clip in so you can hear his voice :) Fishes: Pretty fishes that are near the shark tank. My favorite is the purple one with yellow on it :) Monkey: I can't remember if this is the monkey or not, but she had a baby about 5 or 6 months ago. Snow Leopard: The Snow Leopard NEVER comes out in the summer because it prefers cold. Then when winter comes he/she is usually laying around, so it was rare that he/she was moving around. Meerkats: These critters like when we shake a bag of chips at them. Luckily, there is a vending machine nearby and my mom and I buy a bag of chips and shake it at them and it usually gets them all up on their feet due to their natural curiosity of everything. Elephant: I think this is Suki one of the female elephants. She was having fun and just shaking her head. I have tons of pics on my digital camera and camcorder so I might do a video in which I just do a slideshow. Thanks for watching!

 | Tulsa Zoo-Easter I went to the zoo on Easter after Mass. Not a lot of things happened on this trip, but the sea lions were going at it. Also got a good clip of the Meerkats. In the last clip of the Grizzly Bear, he looks like he is shaved because they just did their annual checkups on the animals and many of the animals were bald and due to their thick hair, it would make it impossible for a vet to check them out. Also in the last clip, the bear seemed so embarassed at being shaved. Too cute :D... |

 | Tulsa Oklahoma Ice Storm 2007 I haven't posted a video for many weeks after my first video. I have been having many troubles getting a camera with sound. The one I bought doesn't save as something I can edit... saves it as a move file. So the sound was recorded completely separate from the digital camera.
