Brunei Petroleum's Geological Trip With F4S1
Documentary video Brunei Petroleum invited F4S1 for an adventurous geological field trip on the 8th April 2009. We went to 3 geological sites (includes Meragang beach & Berakas Forest Reserve) ;) We had fun and we learned a lot about the discovery of oil in Brunei and the different types of sedimentary rocks in Brunei. This news clipping shows Vision Teacher Suzanne Goodemote discussing a field trip for visually impaired students. Suzanne explains why we conducted this field trip. It was done in partnership with American Hiking Society, the National Park Service RTCA program, Tennessee Aquarium, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and the Tennessee River Gorge Trust. This trip was held near Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The Asguard (Advanced Security Guard) robot is a highly mobile platform that can move fast on flat terrain, overcome obstacles and climb stairs. The robot has four actuated wheels and a passive degree of freedom on the body.
