Clip From Metro Council Meeting 2006 Jul 20 Thursday

Description:
Video clip from Metro Council Regular Meeting of 2006 July 20 Thursday 14:00 U (2:00 PM PT) Meeting segment: Councilor Communication Meeting Time Pt: 03:20:30 (hours : minutes : sec) Transcript available at Yahoo! public group site below: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/bhtk_or43/ NOTE "_" character. Issue with respect to Birdshill CPO (Community Planning Organization) of Clackamas County Oregon and all communities south of the City of Lake Oswego Oregon: Composition of voting membership of LOPPAC (Lake Oswego to Portland Policy Advisory Committee), and exclusion of residents south of the City of Lake Oswego Oregon. Specifically City of West Linn neighborhoods, and residents of Stafford-Tualatin CPO and Far West Neighborhood Association of Clackamas County Oregon. All of which are located in the primary "travel shed" of the LOPTTAAS (Lake Oswego to Portland Transit and Trails Alternative Analysis Study) area. This in my opinion constitutes DIDA - Demographic ID Abuse. Use of US Census data that citizens are required to give to the government. "No demographic application without representation." LOPPAC is a Metro Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC). This is one of multiple committees recognized by Metro that are part of the LOPTTAAS project. LOPPAC meetings began 2006 Jul 27 Wednesday.

Clip taken from 23rd June 2007 airing of Doctor Who on BBC (who own all copyright for this said clip, not me) in which 'The Master' (who 'returned' a few episodes earlier) has become Prime Minister, and releases a race which he calls the 'toclafane' into Britain. Very catchy clip, featuring 'Voodoo Child' by the 'Rogue Traders'
