You can see Heidi massaging her shoulders, then handing our translator the gastritis medicine. She barely says a word. It's nice to have a translator who is also a local health promoter and knows how to explain the situation to the patient without a lot of prompting! The language they are speaking is a Mayan language called K'iche. |
