Recently I took a trip out to the area near Grand Junction, CO. We stayed at a State Park just outside of the Grand Mesa region near the Colorado National Monument. We had planned to spend a good deal of time on the mesa with its many trails and lakes. There, we could let the dogs run around a lot and to get them to swim in the lakes.
