Yet Another HHO Flow Meter - Intro

Title:
Yet Another HHO Flow Meter - Intro

Description:
I got tired of getting my hands wet. Technically, this is actually an Eudiometer. The name YAHHO was derived from the nature of how this particular device is used. It was conceived to replace earlier forms of gas measurement that I had been using previously. Pros: A lot of vertical travel for a very small amount of gas. Very fine milliliter measurements are possible. Only requires 350ml of water to run. Water is only used as a seal or gasket. It is not being pushed around during the test. Weight supported by the gas is constant throughout the entire range of travel. Cons: Needs a lot of headroom to be able to measure 1 liter of gas. Also see my earlier 'Simple HHO Flow tester' videos.

Simplified HHO Flow Meter (remake)
This is a simplified HHO Flow Meter This device should give the HHO Experimenter a 'semi-standardized' tool that they can use to measure their cell performance as they tweak and adjust them. It is intended to be used with comparison testing between runs and modifications. So there should be no question as to whether or not the last "tweak" you made to your cell had a positive or negative result. It is very easy to make. If damaged it, just swing by the convenience store and pick one up of ...

This is the windup of the YAHHO Flow Meter series of videos. This is a demonstration of a how one might use the YAHHO Flow Meter with their hydrogen gas projects

Continuous Exhaust Gas Measurement System : DigInfo
diginfo - movie.diginfo.tv Soot and dust contaminants in exhaust gas output from power plants and garbage incinerators are two critical measurement items that are regulated by the Air Pollution Control Law. HORIBA is offering a continuous exhaust gas measurement system that was developed based on the company's expertise in stack gas measurement and experience in incineration management. Dust conditions inside ductwork can be continuously measured using the EM-D5100 Opacity and Dust ...
Added too much NaOH
Added a little too much naho catalyst to the solution trying to attain 4 amps and exceeded the capabilities of my power source.
Screw Cell Modified
Reworked the two outer plates and readjusted the spacing between the plates. Basically I turned the plates around so they would fit inside the 3" PVC tube. (wall plate facing out rather than inward) I also closed up the distance between plates just a tad. From plate to plate is now about 7/8" between the main plates. The 23 10-24 x 2" SS screws and attached by drilling a #25 hole at 15mm spacing forming hexagon configuration and taping it to accept 10-24 thread. No lock nuts or other ...
First Sealed Tank for HHO Test
First test tank for measuring HHO output from the Screw Cell design. I still need: - Ammeter or shunt (30 Amp or larger. 100 Amp preferred) - hhometer - More stainless steel strips for internal tank conductors. - PWM controller or some other controller. - Misc relays, switches, etc. - Anything else I hadn't thought of yet. As you can see, I still have a little ways to go
End of Trinity
This is a design failure of the tank system. There are too many points of potential failure. I am fading back and taking another run at this from a different angle. I have not given up on screw cells. I am revising the tank system.
