This is the Chinese Disabled Performing Arts Troupe. The performers are deaf. I found this dvd in Boston's Chinatown and it's absolutely beautiful and amazing! A chinese friend translated the documentary portion and said it took them over 10 whole years to get to reach this high level of synchronization.

Chinese dance "Thousand-Hand Guanyin"
21 deaf and mute members of the China Disabled People's Performing Art Troupe perform in the 2005 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. A shorter version of the dance debuted at the 2004 Athens Paralympics. Guanyin is the Goddess of Mercy in Chinese folk religion. She is a variant of the male Buddhist figure Avalokitesvara. Her full name, Guanshiyin Pusa, means "bodhisattva who observes the sounds of the world".

The Crevasse - Making of 3D Street Art

Edgar Müller has followed the invitation and continued his series of large-sized 3D Street Art there. For this year's Festival of World Cultures renowned German street painting artist Edgar Müller transformed a huge slice of the East Pier into a dramatic ice age scene. This project was supported by the Goethe Institution Germany.
