This is mainly a private video made for my friends who hiked the Appalachian Trail with me in 2007.
Appalachian Trail Thru-Hike- 1994
During the spring and summer of 1994 I spent 152 days and 5 million steps on my first thru-hike of a major trail. It was an experience that I will cherish forever and I'm grateful to have made it all the way while meeting some of the greatest people in my life.
