Me with No4 Mk1
Description:
Heres a video of me and my 1943 Maltby. Two groove bore etc. Its one of my favorite rifles. We were using some pakistani surplus that every round hang fired. The rifle just didnt like the ammo. It was tricky keepin it on the paper at 100

The Bren was originally designed in Brno, Czechoslovakia, then altered by the British at Enfield, hence the name BR, plus EN. The mag should take 28 rounds, but the dealer charges by 20 at a time. After firing, I touched my left arm on a REALLY hot brass casing on the mat, so you will see me jump a bit. It embossed a mark into me! |

Earlier models were used in the same war as well as in the Great War. In this video I show some of the cool features of this vintage weapon, and take a couple of shots with my brother in the cold Canadian climate... on snowshoes of course. (Note: I erroneously reversed the model number with the mark in the video, for whatever reason) |
