The resort city of Ketchum, Idaho approved the proposed $300 million 5-star Warm Springs Ranch Resort on the site of the golf course wrapping around the northwest corner of Sun Valley's Bald Mountain Ski Area. A development agreement has yet to be finalized and the project could take ten years to complete under current market conditions.
