Follow Jeff on his mission to bring about change the disabled population desperately needs by driving his wheelchair over 650km from his home in London, Ontario to the nation's capital in Ottawa. In Chapter 3, Jeff finally begins his mission to Ottawa, launching from London City Hall on May 5, 2008 enroute to Woodstock and Cambridge: the first two stops on the journey.
