"Ghost Voting" Concerns Texas Legislators
"Ghost Voting" is still a concern in the Texas legislature and Representative Tom Craddick is not doing enough to stop it. That's the conclusion after a Travis County grand jury investigation into the long-standing but controversial practice where members vote for their colleagues when they can't make it to session.
