Huey P. Long Bridge Widening Animation
The Huey P. Long Bridge in Jefferson Parish, La. is being constructed in four phases and is scheduled to be complete in 2013. The completed project will include three 11-foot travel lanes in each direction, inside and outside shoulders on the bridge and new signalized intersections to replace the traffic circles at Jefferson Highway and Bridge City Avenue.
