I have traveled through South Dayton. Around Wilmington Avenue (Pike) there is the community of Patterson Park. It's a pretty nice neighborhood. This area covers Smithville Road, Patterson Road, Shroyer Road, and Wilmington Avenue. This area has been beneficial to the area. It's located near Oakwood and Kettering. Take a ride through the tree-lined boulevards of Greenmount, Broadview, and Broadmoar. This is your community. I will give you a tour of the area.
