Trainiac Productions set out to Lower Bucks County this beautiful summer evening, intent on seeing the Morrisville local YP-MOR1. Well... it never came. However, a rare empty slab train did! Coming off of the Norfolk Southern Morrisville Line, NS 66Z is hauling empty steel slab cars to the US Steel Park in Fairless, Pennsylvania. There, the cars will sit before they can be loaded. At that time, they'll be shipped back to Philadelphia, where the steel will be distributed for buildings and other such uses.  | Norfolk southern ethenal local, great catch! after about an hour of waiting and sticking on ballast, i saw the signal turned green, about 10 mins later i heard weird sounds on the scanner and some chit chat, 15 mins after that, i heard the detector go off, then the train came, it was a little to close for comfort but a great shot.
