 | Hong Kong subway doors Hong Kong subway stations, at least those in the touristy areas, have a transparent partition to prevent people from getting into the tracks. The partitions have doors whose openings line up with the subway cars' doors. No chance of some drunken guy or someone having seizure falling onto the tracks. To be correct, I was at a station, Kwai Fong on the MTR Tsuen Wan line, where there was no partition. The station was way up north of Kowloon and not far from the New Territories. |
