The engine was restored over a 2 and 1/2 year period by the members of the www.kineticsteamworks.org . This occured on Feb 23 2009 in West Oakland California and was the first time the tractor had been run in 50 years. Cal OSHA certified the boiler for 90 psi operation pressure.
