Well we've left osier and are back on our way to antonito. Now we did lose some run bys because of the heavy rain we had at lunch. Also the goose stopped right before rock tunnel to check the breaks if any one asks. So here the second part of the fabulous goose.Enjoy.

Knott's Berry Farm Ghost Town "peek-in" demolition 2/25/09
It's a dreadfully sad day for Knott's Ghost Town fans. Here we see the removal of the old Assay Office, Laundry, and Barber Shop "peek-ins," plus the converted Silver Dollar Saloon. (Deadwood Dick's grave is gone, too.) Employees tell me that the exhibits will be "rebuilt"... but the originals are gone forever. UPDATED 4/29/09: Peek-Ins have been rebuilt! Another little project from my deranged mind. The cab is from the front of a Chinese replica of a pre war Paya wind up. The back half is a Marx Santa Fe caboose, the frame is from a Marx 7 inch junker. The motor is from a K-Lines speeder van as is the light bar on the roof. It does have a tab & slot coupler so I can tow work cars etc with it. Fun little project.

Cumbres Toltec Part 3 Galloping Goose #5
PLEASE READ BEFORE WATCHING Well we've left the regular tourist train to ride the galloping goose. The goose was our original plan but it broke down at cumbres during its test run. But in a nights work it was up and running the next day. We would have to ride the steam train to get to cumbres but dont worry we will ride the steam engine in the next segment. So without further a due here she is in all her glory.
