pilotcar.tv - Verrazano Bridge Crossing 35' Boat
In this clip we cross the Verrazano Narrows Bridge from Staten Island to Brooklyn NY with a 35' powerboat. This load was 13' 11" high, so although not extremely high we were required to take the 'high route' through Brooklyn and Queens to get out to Freeport NY on the south shore of Long Island. This is the third of five clips. In this clip we are traveling down Route 28 from Buzzards Bay, MA to the Bourne Bridge crossing over into Cape Cod. Crusing down Interstate 95 in my mom's black 1999 Chevy Tahoe LS 4WD SUV & passing under the NJT Atlantic City Line at 3:50 pm in the afternoon on a cloudy day while enroute to a medical appointment in Philadelphia. My dad who's driving & brother (who teases, makes fun of & insults my girlfriend!!) are with me in the car.

Under the Bridge
On January 24th 2009, a community of homeless individuals from Providence, Rhode Island constructed a shelter entirely out of tents underneath the Crawford Street Bridge. This area is now commonly referred to as 'Tent City', and has continued to grow and provide shelter and safety to the homeless.
