 | Walt DisneyWorld Monorail Ride This was taken Sept of 1987, our last full day in Walt DisneyWorld, we asked to sit in front of the monorail and we must have waited for 3 to pass. When you sit in the front you don't hear "please stand clear of the door.....etc", you also see the construction of The Grand Floridian and you can see where they switch monorail tracks when they park them at night. Yes they do park them, I actually watched them do that when we used to stay in the Contemporary Resort Hotel, park side view, and get this, the rooms were only $50 a night!!! |
