THOUSANDS of people gathered in the town centre for this years Tiverton Carnival. Mayor Elaine Trump led the crowd in the countdown after trying to get people to put their hands in the air. There were less entrants this year but it didn't dampen the mood and there was once again floats, majorettes and the Tiverton Town Band. After the procession people made their way to Phoenix Lane for the Fireworks extravaganza!
