ACA Allertor in Mason City
TURN DOWN YOUR VOLUME!!!!! DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!!!! This is the long lost and horribly recorded video of the rare 10/12 port ACA Allertor in Mason City, IA going off for the statewide tornado drill of 2004. Please don't comment on the quality, I am putting this video up solely for the purpose that people know this siren does exist and I didn't make it up. Enjoy.

5-Tone Air Whistle Test
This is a small 5-step whistle that runs on low pressure air flow. I am planning on using it as a noon whistle everyday for now, as it is much more mellow than the 240 volt 2T on 120 volts. I am using a small air inflater (for mattresses or inflatables) coupled to some sections of PVC pipe with elbows to power it. The pipe is not bracketed to the wall in this video, which is why it is leaning to the side some. I might need to switch the riser out to metal if it becomes too wobbly in the wind ...

Federal Model 5T Air Raid Siren 120V Test
This is a test of my Model 5T siren on 120 volts. These sirens can generally be safely run on 120 volts as they are repulsion motors. If a modern capacitor-start (or run) siren is run on 120 volts, you can easily end up frying stuff.
