 | South Park Episode 1211 - Pandemic 2: The Startling Go Watch All New South Park at: http://SouthParkFanBlog.BlogSpot.com South Park Episode 1211 - Pandemic 2: The Startling Plot: While at the mall, the boys come across several Peruvian pan flute bands, and when they realize how much money the otherwise annoying bands make, Stan Marsh suggests they make their own pan flute band. They go to Craig Tucker and ask him for his help, planning to use his $100.00 USD birthday money as financial aid. They succeed at first, but the plan quickly backfires when Michael Chertoff, the head of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, cracks down on all Peruvian flute bands, rounding them up and imprisoning them in Miami, with the boys arrested in the process. The boys try to convince them they are American citizens, but instead they are identified as hybrids, and are told they can only be released if they agree to go to Peru, despite Kyle Broflovski's fear, due to that one of their friends was raped in Peru, and Craig's repeated mentions that 'this is why nobody at school hangs out with you guys'. Meanwhile, Stan's father Randy is filming everything the Marsh family does, at first seemingly harmless, although annoying, he soon is recording the attack of gigantic monstrous Guinea pigs (recorded live-action instead of drawn, and sporting a similar whale-like sound in spoof of Cloverfield), during which all of South Park's citizens seem to flee (including Mr. Garrison and Officer Barbrady). Chertoff reveals this a ruse when it is reported to him, and reveals himself as a monster and then mentions the one person who could stop it is going to the middle of nowhere, and it is shown the person he is referred to is, in fact, Craig. The episode ends in a cliffhanger.
