I'm playing my band ANIMULA's song "Worst Possible Outcome (Liberation)". Camera only had 1:19 of memory left so I had to work with it best I could. This is my favorite song to play just because it's so out there and really defines the nature of our band's music, which is exactly what we refer to as 'psychotic death metal'. I chose to play a couple of my favorite riffs in the song. The first is the verse which is a thrashy, descending E minor pattern that follows a 4/4 - 3/4 - 4/4 - 4/4 pattern on each measure. The second riff is the same pattern moved up to A minor and played a little bit differently. The third riff when I move back to E minor is the chorus, which is a progressive, jazz influenced little groove type rhythm with the speed picked lead over the top of it which I somehow managed to squeeze into this video.
