Part 2 of LSC-Kingwood's experience with Study Abroad/Service Learning in the Philippines and undergraduate research in sustainability as part of a competitive EPA grant program. P3: People, Prosperity and the Planet Student Design Competition for Sustainability 2009. Students and faculty travel to Washington DC in April to take part in the 5th Annual National Sustainable Design Expo. This is the Second Life recreation of their proposals for the Humble Kingwood Gawad Kalinga (GK) village in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines.
