Enjoy! ~Liopleurodon facts~: Liopleurodon is a genus of large, carnivorous marine reptile belonging to the Pliosauroidea, a clade of the short-necked plesiosaurs. Two species of Liopleurodon lived during the Callovian stage of the Middle Jurassic Period (c. 160 million to 155 million years ago mya), while the third, L. rossicus, lived during the Late Jurassic.  | Tribute To Coelophysis Here's a tribute to one of my favorite dinosaurs, the swift Ceolophysis. Paleontologists know more about Ceolophysis than any other Triassic dinosaur, as several hundred skeletons have been found, including one that had a baby Coelophysis in the torso of an adult. Originally, it was thought that this meant that Coelophysis gave birth to live young, but now it is known to be much more grousome: Canibalism. This tribute uses a song that is one of my personal favorites: 'Comin' To Your City' by Big & Rich. |
 | Tribute To Baryonyx Here's a tribute to a dinosaur that has been really special to me. Ever since my fascination of the creatures had been in its infancy (the third grade or something like that) I have loved Baryonyx. I can still remember the first time I ever found out about it. I was at the library near my house, and I was looking for some dinosaur books. I looked around and saw a cool dinosaur on the cover of a book. What was that dinosaur? Baryonyx. As for Baryonyx itself, it was a spinosaurid dinosaur, a relative of the famous Spinosaurus, and my favorite spinosaurid, Irritator. This tribute uses a song that, at first, doesn't seem to fit Baryonyx, but when I think about it, and listen to the beat, I realize that 'Me And My Gang' by Rascal Flatts fits this dinosaur quite well.
