On the 8th of February 2009, SECR 'P' Class 0-6-0T No. 753 visited the Bluebell Railway from its home on the Kent & East Sussex. It is seen on a special service paired with vintage carriages. In addition, the standard service trains can be seen with SECR '01' 0-6-0 No 65 & LBSCR Terrier 0-6-0T No 672 'Fenchurch', whilst GWR Dukedog 0-4-4 No 9017 'Earl of Berkeley' is seen hauling the 'Golden Arrow' dining train.

Daban shed and loco yard. Until diesels took over the Ji-tong line in 2005, Daban was the last working main line steam shed in the world. Locomotives were serviced here for the arduous duty over the Jingpeng Pass. Steam cranes were used for coaling duties. November 2003.
