Divers and a group of Giant Manta (Manta birostris) meet in the waters of Cocos, Costa Rica. It was a thrilling encounter and a beautiful interaction. A few divers were too enthusiastic and touched the gentle giants... now, I know many good people discourage such practice and so do I, but in an age when marine life is being massacred in so many ways, gentle human touch can be forgiven in moments such as these. In any case, here goes the message: please don't touch the fish!
