What I wrote: "Nice! Enjoyed the LP fight a lot. Wide variety of JCing techniques: yeah, JCing is overused, but when it's done this well, I don't really mind :p ... Been nice to see more of your ground-based combat, I think, but there just weren't that many enemies - I liked it when you launched the group of Sloths with Prop Shredder, though. The Dance Macabre at the end of the LP clip was cute :p As for the Beowulf fight, I thought it was brilliant - loved it." I also voted for Brea as the winner of the SwordMaster round. Here's what I wrote about that: "Honestly, it was hard to pick this round, there were so many good players. But I've decided to go with Brea, even though I didn't originally think I would. His LP section stood out strongly for me and the boss battle wins the day [heart]"

My summing up of bern's Trickster entry :p "For a complete unknown, I was pleasantly surprised by your vid: if you're relatively new to DMC3, then you definitely show a *lot* of promise. I think you could've used more Trickster - aside from Nasha, you probably used Trickster the least out of everyone. But the fight was a tight, solid one. Nothing too flashy, but you seemed to know your stuff ... |

 | My first serious dmc3 dmd attempt Don't expect a brea or kail godlike quality video. I kind of suck, but I enjoyed playing and I think it fits quite well with the music (which is Winning The Rainbow by The Black Mages, by the way), even though I never meant to sync it up. The ending is cut short because the recording was reaching 1,5g in size and so the framerate dropped, as you can see. Enjoy! |
