This is a girl for East Kentwood High School in Kentwood Michigan. These the three attempts she had in the discus that were marked. The third clip shows a lot of the progression she has to go through to throw. The two clips that follow are of her running one of the junior varsity heats in the 100 meter dash. The girl next to her has a rope that guides her. She got a personal record this day in both the 100 meter dash and the discus. I know this video is not of great quality, but it was shot on my cell phone. I did not have my flip camera, but it is still cool to see.
