Many resort offerings are found here such as hotels, craft shops, discos, bars, restaurants, excursion agencies, sailboat excursions as well as scuba diving, snorkeling and jet skis for rent. The Capilla de Santa Cruz is where many weddings and baptisms are celebrated next to the sea. Playa Santa Cruz is the best known beaches, 250 meters long, with soft white sand and turquoise blue waters.

A wonderful vacation! We enjoyed meeting such kind people on our trip... and Makena - well she is a WATER baby! If she wasn't sleeping or eating, she was in the pool! Splashing around, walking up and down the pool stairs, pointing to the ball (that she had an OBSESSION with). Grunting when she saw birds... I guess it was her way of saying "tweet tweet"!. Makena loved the water, but didn't like the sand, and was a bit unsure of grass... that's what happens with a Canadian born baby I guess ...
