Description:
Charles Collins of Danielsville, GA, captured video of a leucistic Ruby-throated Hummingbird at his hummingbird feeder on October 4th, 2009. Note the dark eye. The bird had a dark patch on the right side of its throat, but was otherwise a pure white bird. Unfortunately, the video was analog, and the only way I could capture it digitally was to take a video of my television.
