On November 13, 2005, the legendary career of the great Eddie Guerrero came to an unfortunate end when Eddie was found dead by his nephew, Chavo. Eddie is known to fans as one of the most charismatic and technical performers to ever come out of Mexico, perhaps the world. Eddie could do almost any style, train in a unique, hybrid style of High Flying Mexican, Hard Hitting Japanese and Entertaining American. Eddie was known to his colleagues and friends as one of the nicest most down-to-earth people you would ever meet, with jokes and a smile that could light up even the darkest of days. Eddie, son of the immortal Gory Guerrero is perhaps the gem of the 3-Generation Guerrero wrestling family. Eddie grew up in the shadow of his father and his father, wrestling always present in his life. When Eddie came to age he began to train to become a wrestler under his father and Boris Malenko, the famous shooter. He soon rose to fame internationally, competing in the first Junior Heavyweight J-Cup, where he would meet lifelong friends Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko and Chris Jericho. Chris, Eddie and Dean would soon travel to the rabid indy promotion ECW where they would each achieve wide-spread fame. They soon became hot talents and were quickly picked up by the, then, largest wrestling company in the world, WCW. Both Eddie and Chris Beniot soon became noted rookies in the business and were considered the main eventers of the future. The "Three Amigos" would later travel to WWF where they formed with Perry Saturn to become the famed "Radicalz". Eddie quickly gained the respect of WWE fans after putting on countless 5-Star matches and became a fan favorite. With his millions of fans behind him, Eddie "Lied, Cheated and Stole" his way to win the richest prize in Pro-Wrestling. The WWE Championship. Although Eddie has tragically left us, fans and friends will never forget Eddie's unparalleled passion and dedication toward the business of his family or the fans that cheered him every step of his journey. Through the lows of personal demons to the highest of highs of grabbing the brass rings. Eddie will truly never be forgotten in our hearts. Viva La Raza, Eddie! We Miss You. April 1st 2006, Eddie was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame by his best friend, Chris Benoit, and nephew, Chavo Guerrero. Last Thursday Eddie would have celebrated his 41st birthday.
