Metro Project - day 1

Title:
Metro Project - day 1

Description:
This 1992 Geo Metro cost me $100. If I can get it in streetable running order for less than $1000, at todays fuel prices, it will pay for itself in about a year. The first step however, is checking to see if it's capable of starting.

1997 Geo Metro - Brake Discs Replacement
One of the discs of the disc brakes were warped causing the steering wheel for vibrate when you apply the brakes. So my dad replaced the discs and i made a video of him changing the drivers side disc. it was a 41 minute video made 8x faster and shrunk it down to 6 minutes. I was thinking of adding some music track but i didnt know what to put so i just left it with the fast forwarded audio. 86c2ec92.linkgalleries.net

Geo Metro XFi
Ok, so it's not a Maserati or a Lamborghini. Take heed, though, of the car for sale on ebay, as it is one of the highest mpg stock cars ever to have been produced in the US. No, it's not a new high-tech hybrid. Actually it's an older low-tech 1992 Geo Metro xfi! The car was produced in Canada by Suzuki in 1992. This car PROVES that it is indeed possible to build low-cost, high mileage vehicles. Why was the car terminated? In the 90's gas prices were incredibly low by today's standards ...
