 | YouTube is NOT involved with the Community PLEASE SUBSCRIBE!! some things have changed since i made this video back on 07 november , 2007 - the Partner Program has been opened up to everyone that makes popular original content and that has had a big impact on the site. - - the flagging system has had many more explicit reasons added to it and has added functions which tell people when they are using it in error - but some things have frustratingly stayed the same for a lot of different users and for a lot of different reasons. i should take this video down, because my own particular concerns have been acknowledged by youtube, even though they have not been wholly addressed (but that problem is a site-wide user-based issue and it will take time for the site staff who do not experience it to fully understand and accept that solving the problem will be good for their business). i have left the video in place because each new week brings with it new problems for other users and this brings them to this video. if there is anything that they can take from this video i hope it is that if they are having problems they should share them and if they think that the youtube community can help then they should not be shy about asking for that help.
