Note the electric wires and cameras. They already had a movie studio on premises, so I don't know why they thought they needed this huge thing. There's a golf course there that they own. They produce e-meters and their DVDs and such on premises. This is where Tom Cruise allegedly hung out for a while. I took the tour and some of it is quite oppulent.
