I am sixteen and have had Lyme Disease for a few years. In both the United States and Canada, very little is done concerning this terrible disease, spread by the bite of at tick. After seeing numerous doctors in Canada, we were forced to travel to the United States for costly medical care. Lyme Disease is being misdiagnosed as everything from Arthritis to ALS to insanity. Lyme attacks virtually ever organ in the body and is debilitating and very difficult to treat. I was walking 6 months ago and now it is almost impossible for me to pull myself up. The government needs to take this scary way more seriously and step up the plate and take the steps to appropraitly treat this disease. Please visit my blog, bitemeback.blogspot.com.
