Long View Farms of Hull Iowa is defying a sovereign tribal court order and constructing a hog farm on the Yankton Sioux Reservation. The Tribe and community members alike both do not want it there. A peaceful protest is ongoing and the South Dakota Police showed up, RESMURS-style. (ask an FBI Agent what RESMURS is) They have created a climate of fear, positioning a sniper with a spotter on top of a trailer at the scene. Yes, guns were cased, but nonetheless, they were right beside them. It's a sovereign thing. And remember you only GIVE sovereignty away, it can't be taken away. Come attempt to take the sovereignty of these peaceful protesters and you'll find out why it isn't taken away.
